PURPOSE:To obtain an actuator which can be simply controlled and precisely operated variably in the operating stroke by inserting an oblique plate of special shape into an operating shaft and providing oblique plate oblique angle control means and oblique plate attracting electromagnet and the like. CONSTITUTION:More than one oblique plates 5 which have a plurality of radial notches 5a formed radially at the inner and outer peripheral edges and is made of annular disc-shaped member inclined in a shade shape are engaged coaxially and mounted. Further, oblique angle control means which varies the oblique angle of the plates 5, e.g., a pressing unit 6 and an oblique control electromagnet 7 and the like, an oblique plate attracting electromagnet 8 disposed in the vicinity of the outer periphery of the plates 5, and sequential excitation control means 22 are provided. After the electromagnet 8 is approached to the outer peripheral end of the plates 5 by varying the oblique angle of the plates 5, the electromagnet 8 is excited to attract the plates 5 to the electromagnet 8 to push an operating shaft 2, thereby pressing or pushing a driven member 9. |
