<p>PURPOSE:To set the optimum input reference voltage for every LSI and IC by providing an input reference voltage generation circuit to set the input reference voltage value of every LSI and IC packaged on a substrate individually corresponding to the packaging positions of the LSI and the IC. CONSTITUTION:Voltage drop by a wiring resistor on the substrate 1 depends on distance, and the drop of an input voltage at an input LSI(A) neighboring to an output side LSI(C) is decreased however, that of the input voltage at an input LSI(B) separated from the output side LSI(C) is increased. Taking into consideration such phenomenon, an input reference voltage generating LSI5 generates the input reference voltages VBBA and VBBB which become an intermediate voltage between an input H voltage and an input L voltage at every LSI(A) and LSI(B), and supplies them to the LSI(A) and the LSI(B) individually.</p> |
