<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a small-sized tape cassette from intruding into the interior even though it is tried to be inserted direct into a cassette inserting hole by positioning tapered surface formed parts of front an rear parts of a cassette abutting member in front of a cassette holder. CONSTITUTION:Since all edge parts of the small-sized tape cassette are formed to be right-angled, when the small-sized tape cassette 2 is inserted from the cassette inserting hole 5, an upper edge part of a leading edge on the inserting side of the small-sized tape cassette 2 is brought into contact with the front side tapered surface 7a of the abutting member 7, and the cassette abutting member 7 is turned in the direction of an arrow A by sliding its tapered surface 7a against said upper edge part. However, when the upper edge part of the leading edge on the inserting side of the small-sized tape cassette 2 is fitted into a mechanism 7c, force is acted to turn the cassette abutting member 7 in the direction of an arrow B. By this method, the small-sized tape cassette is thus prevented from intruding.</p> |
