PURPOSE:To prepare a hollow molded container having heat resistance and sufficient transparency, by applying stretch blow molding to a preparatorily molded body having a heat-resistant resin partially arranged thereto in a mold to which specific temp. distribution is applied. CONSTITUTION:The temp. of a mold at the parts brought into contact with the mouth part 1 and bottom part 3 of a hollow molded container is controlled to temp. lower than the glass transition point of the heat-resistant resin constituting the mouth part 1 and bottom part 3 of the hollow molded container and the temp. of the mold at the contact part with the body part of the hollow molded container 1 is controlled to a temp. range from the glass transition point of the resin constituting the body part 2 to the crystallizing temp. thereof. After the setting of temps. to be controlled, a rod-shaped heater 76 is inserted in a preparatorily molded body wherein a heat- resistant resin layer 14 is arranged to the mouth part 1 and the bottom part 4 and a polyester resin layer is arranged to the body part 2 and heating air is injected in the molded body in parallel to the insertion of said heater to perform stretch blow molding. After cooling, a container having sufficient transparency and having good heat resistance at the mouth part and bottom part thereof is obtained. |
