PURPOSE:To provide acceleration performance in a state to suppress the coefficient of fuel consumption to a minimum, by a method wherein from a step-on amount of an accel pedal and a car speed, demand acceleration being the will of a driver is estimated, and according to the magnitude of a deviation between the demand acceleration and an actual acceleration, a throttle opening is corrected. CONSTITUTION:A fundamental throttle opening set means 21 to cause a ratio between an accel pedal step-on amount and a fundamental throttle opening thetaTH1 to respond to 1 to 1 and an acceleration set means 22 to set demand acceleration of a vehicle by means of a car speed and an accel pedal step-on amount, serving as a parameter, are provided. A throttle opening correction amount set means 23 to set a throttle opening correction amount thetaTH2 according to a deviation between actual acceleration and demand acceleration of a vehicle and a throttle opening set means 24 to set a throttle opening thetaTH by adding thetaTH1 and thetaTH2 are provided. According to a deviation between the throttle opening thetaTH and the actual throttle opening thetar, a throttle valve 7 is driven and controlled by means of a throttle valve drive means 28. |
