<p>PURPOSE:To attain the input in accordance with the purpose from an image input to need a large area to a small handwritten input by providing a resolution variable means to have three electrodes or above on a detecting plate and change the resolution per unit length by the combination change of the electrode controlled by the instruction from an instructing part. CONSTITUTION:Minimum three X electrodes 11 or above are arranged at a coordinate detecting plate 1 of an X axis, minimum three Y electrodes 21 or above are arranged at a coordinate detecting plate 2 of a Y axis and these are controlled by a detecting plate control part 3. When a pressurization input is executed onto a tablet, a detecting signal obtained by detecting plates 1 and 2 is transferred through a detecting plate control part 3 to a coordinate deciding part 4 and here, the coordinates are decided and a result is outputted. The operation of a tablet is transferred from an instructing part 5 to receive an operation switch 51 signal on the tablet or an external instructing signal 52 to the detecting plate control part 3. Thus, by using an inexpensive A/D converter with a low quantization accuracy, the resolution per unit length can be freely changed and the coordinate detecting area on the coordinate detecting plates 1 and 2 can be freely changed.</p> |
