PURPOSE:To provide excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical characteristics to the weld zone by adopting the welding wire which contains C, Si, Mn, Cr, Ni, Cu, S, P, and N, and >=1 kinds of Mo and W respectively at specific concns. and consists of the balance Fe and unavoidable impurities. CONSTITUTION:The welding wire is constituted by incorporating <=0.01wt.% C, 0.01-0.2% Si, 0.01-2% Mn, 18-25% Cr, 55-75% Ni, 0.1-3% Cu, <=0.01% S, <=0.01% P, 0.1-0.3% N, and 6-12% 1 or 2 kind of Mo and W and consisting the balance of Fe and unavoidable impurities. Since the C, Si and Mn affect the corrosion resistance, the upper limits thereof are defined. The Cr and Ni are the essential elements of the matrix and the concn. range thereof is defined in order to assure the corrosion resistance. The concn. range of the Mo, W and Cu is defined by taking the corrosion resistance into consideration. Since the S and P hinder high-temp. crack sensitiveness, the upper limit thereof is defined and the concn. range of the N is defined in terms of the corrosion resistance and strength. The weld zone having the excellent corrosion resistance, mechanical characteristics and high-temp. weld crack resistance is thereby obtd. |
