An elastic tube (8), the interior of which is connectable to a pressure source (7), is disposed within a closed fluid-filled vessel (1). When pressurized the tube will expand and expel a quantity of the fluid in the vessel (1) through a valve (5) in connection with the vessel (1). Thereafter the valve (5) is closed and the interior of the tube (8) is depressurized. The tube (8) will then contract, thus generating vacuum within the closed vessel (1). |
