A slide fastener part molded of a synthetic resin containning 0.3 - 4.5 weight percent of a thermochromic coloring matter. With the thermochromic coloring matter, the slide fastener part is thermochromic per se and hence exhibits reversible change of color with change of temperature. The thermochromic fastener part enhances the product value of a slide fastener and offers a fashionable impact to the aesthetic sense of the user. A method of making such thermochromic fastener part is also disclosed. |
