PURPOSE:To attain size and weight reduction and to improve operability by providing a storage part for residual toner to the cartridge which has a storage part for toner powder in integral structure. CONSTITUTION:The hollow toner storage part 2 which extends length wise is stored rotatably in the external case 1 of the toner cartridge, a toner supply opening 2a which extends lengthwise is provided to part of the outer peripheral surface of the toner storage part 2, and toner 3 is stored therein. Further, a knob 4 which is exposed to the outside of the case 1 is fixed on one end surface of the toner storage part 2. Further, the toner cartridge 1 has a waste toner storage part 5 having a small opening part 5a. Namely, the waste toner storage part 5 is formed integrally in the toner cartridge as an article for consumption in addition to the toner storage part 2. Consequently, the size and weight reduction is attained and the waste toner storage part is opened and closed associatively with supplying operation for fresh toner. |
