PURPOSE:To enhance the producibility by transferring a work pallet and a tool pallet from a setup station simultaneously in pair onto a conveyor, receiving them by processing machines in pair, and by carrying out the used tool and work to be processed also in pair. CONSTITUTION:At a setup station 2, a work and a tool for processing it are set prepared on pallets 4, 5 and transferred onto carriers 6, 7 of a conveyor 1 in the sequence of 5 and 4 to then be sent to a processing machine 3. The pallet 5 is carried into a handover device 9a while the pallet 4 carried into an automatic replacing device 8a. A pallet after use 5a is received by the carrier 6 after transportation while a pallet after processing 4a is received by the carrier 7 after transportation, and they are in pair carried out from the processing machine 3. Thus the specially devoted tool is in pair with the work transported even with different works, which eliminates necessity for computerized management to lead to enhancement of the producibility. |
