PURPOSE:To prevent granules from adhering and being damaged in production processes by transporting the granules on a conveyor while almost the whole surface of the granules is dipped in a curing liquid or a coating liquid and by carrying out almost all the processes to send the granules to a curing bath and a cleaning bath by fluid transportation. CONSTITUTION:A net conveyor (C) is installed in the inside of a curing bath 3 filled with a curing liquid and revolved. A raw liquid is dropped on the net conveyor (C) through a nozzle 19, while a cleaning bath 25 is installed adjoining to the curing bath 3. A chute 24 having a net 26 and inclining downward to the cleaning bath 25 is installed on the upper of the curing bath 3. Further, a pipe line 23 which is connected with a hopper 22 surrounding the outlet side of the net conveyor (C), and has an outlet end 23a on the chute 24 and a transporting pump in the middle of the line is installed. As a result, granules are prevented from adhering and being damaged in manufacturing processes and the necessary floor area of the whole capsule manufacturing apparatus can be minimized. |
