SUBSTRATE FOR LAMINATED BOARD FOR ELECTRICITY AND LAMINATED BOARD

PURPOSE:To obtain the subject substrate having electric properties equivalent or more than unsaturated polyester, by impregnating specific melamine-based resin to substrate of mainly cellulose fiber and curing. CONSTITUTION:(A) 100pts.wt. substrate containing cellulose fiber as a main component is impregnated with (B) 5-35pts.wt. melamine-based resin having 5-30wt.% weight loss by heating and cured to afford the aimed substrate. Further, the aimed material is impregnated with a resin composition containing double-bonded side chain type resin, vinyl monomer for crosslinking and organic peroxide for curing as main components, laminated and cured to obtain a final laminated board.
