ANTIAMOR SHELL INFRARED RAY DETECTING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To improve detecting establishment by making a shell side face wide open so that a plurality of objective mirrors introduce infrared rays from the center direction of a visual field of an antiamor shell in the inside of a shell body structure and arranging the inner mirrors for sending converging infrared rays to an infrared ray detector. CONSTITUTION:A shell head 6 is provided at an end of a body structure 8, an explosive 7 is set at the rear of the shell head 6 in the body structure 8 and a fuse 5 for initiating the explosion of the explosive 7 is provided in the body structure 8 at the proper position. Further a plurality of windows are formed in the body structure 8, a plurality of objective mirrors are set wide open at the side face of a shell so as to introduce infrared rays from the center direction of an infrared ray detecting visual field 9 in the body structure 8 in the window part and infrared lenses 3 corresponding to the objective mirrors 4 are provided. The infrared rays are converged by an inside pyramidal mirror 2 set in the approximately center of the inside thereof to send to an infrared ray detector 1 and detected. Thereby S/N can be improved.
