LUBRICATION OIL COMPOSITION FOR METAL WORKING AND PRODUCTION THEREOF

PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition effective in facilitating the plastic working of a metallic material simply by precoating and having decreased corrosiveness to iron-based material by compounding a mineral oil or a synthetic oil with a phosphoric acid ester, orthophosphoric acid and a metal phosphate. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition can be produced by compounding a mineral oil and/or a synthetic oil with (A) >=0.1wt.% (preferably 0.5-5wt.%) of a phosphoric acid ester in terms of the concentration of P, (B) >=0.1wt.% (preferably 0.3-5wt.%) of orthophosphoric acid in terms of the concentration of P and (C) >=0.01wt.% (preferably 0.01-0.5wt.%) of a metal phosphate such as calcium phosphate, manganese phosphate, iron phosphate or zinc phosphate in terms of the concentration of P and dissolving the components A, B and C in the oil by heating at >=80 deg.C (preferably 100-200 deg.C).
