Handrail 1 for a craft, particularly an inflatable craft, made up in the form of a projecting section 2 joined onto and secured to a wall of the craft comprising: a section 2 made from a semi-rigid material in the general shape of a rail, having a head 3, a base 4 for fixing onto the wall of the craft and a central web 5 connecting the head and the base; a first reinforcement 6 consisting of a flexible link made from a stretch-resistant material and embedded centrally in the head 3; a second reinforcement 7 consisting of a textile support in the form of a film or sheet which closely surrounds the aforementioned flexible link and extends centrally into the web and the base; and grasping means 8 associated with the section. <IMAGE>
