The invention relates to a sealing arrangement for a grease-lubricated rolling bearing (1), comprising at least one outer bearing ring (1), at least one inner bearing ring (3) and rolling elements (6) guided between the two rings on raceways (4, 5). At least one sealing disk (7) comprises a reinforcing ring (11) and is associated with the rolling bearing (1) on at least one front thereof in such a manner that only additional lubricant, preferably lubricating oil, can penetrate into the rolling bearing (1) in minor quantities from the outside. In order to counteract the detrimental effects of ferromagnetic particles present in lubricants on the rolling bearing (1) in a more efficient and cost-effective manner, the sealing disk (7) comprises at least one permanent-magnetic means for leaching out ferromagnetic particles from the additional lubricant and/or from the lubricant already present in the rolling bearing (1) and for fixing the ferromagnetic particles directly on the sealing disk (7) or the vicinity thereof.
