PURPOSE:To shorten an ultrasonic probe part and to smoothly project a bore- stinging needlw without enlarging a tip part by providing the ultrasonic prove in which plural ultrasonic oscillators are arranged in a convex shape from the tip up to one edge surface in the tip block of an inserting part tip. CONSTITUTION:To the tip part of a tip block 12, a so-called projecting type ultrasonic prove 13, in which plural ultrasonic oscillators are arranged in projecting shape, is provided. A tip side edge A of an ultrasonic scanning range by the ultrasonic probe 13 is provided so as to be made parallel B to or larger than the projecting direction of the bore-stinging needle projected from the tip block, namely, so as to be enlarged towards the reverse side surface side direction of one side surface to arrange the ultrasonic oscillators in the tip block 12 and enlarged in an arrow C direction. On an opening surface 14, an objective 15 and an illuminating lens 16 of an observation optical system, an air feed water feed nozzle 17 for washing lens surfaces, etc., and a suction port 18 for sucking an air and a body fluid in a body cavity, etc., are provided. On the extended line of a scanning line 19, a guide-out port 22 of a bore-stinging needle inserting route 21 for projecting a bore-stinging needle 20 is provided. |
