PURPOSE:To permit fusion cutting and sealing to be performed on a predetermined line of bag opening edges using a sealing device, folding and raising the header of a bag on a moving conveyor and guiding the raised header through a conveying passage by a restraining body. CONSTITUTION:In the fusion cutting and sealing of the opening edges of a commodity-filled bag 65 on a moving conveyor using a sealing device, the header 67 of the bag is folded and raised and the raised header is conveyed through a passageway guided by a restraining body 34, whereby the bag being conveyed can be oriented in a predetermined direction. Furthermore, by providing a sealing device 10 using the restraining body of the header as a reference, the fusion cutting and sealing by the sealing device can be performed on a predetermined line of the bag opening edges. |
