PURPOSE:To decrease power consumption by providing first - third transistors and two diodes put in series in a forward direction between the emitter of the third transistor and the base of the second transistor. CONSTITUTION:When a forward voltage between the base and emitter is VF, since diodes D11 and D12 are connected in series in the forward direction between the emitter of a transistor TRQ13 and the base of a TRQ15, the potential difference between them is 2VF. The potential difference between the emitter of a TRQ14 and the emitter of the TRQ15 is VF in a steady state regardless of an output level. Consequently, a current which flows in a resistance R14 in steadiness is VF/(the resistance value of the resistance R14). On the other hand, in a transient state at the time of falling the output level, the TRQ15 operates in a conductive direction, therefore, a large transient current flows in the resistance R14 and in a transient state at the time of rising the output level, the TRQ15 operates in a non-conductive direction and therefore, the current which flows in the resistance R14 can be suppressed. |
