PURPOSE:To form a gapless insulation layer, by hardening said insulation layer while moving a welding pressure from the center to the end of a conductor in its longitudinal direction at the time of winding a resin-rich tape on the surface of a molded conductor and then heating them. CONSTITUTION:A heat-press apparatus 1 and a heat press jig 2 are provided with a coil 4 having an insulation layer 3 wound by resin-rich tape. A roller- shaped heat press apparatus 1 is provided in the linearly central part of said coil 4 to heat said insulation layer 3. when said resin reaches the optimum viscosity, the heat press apparatus 1 compresses the coil 4 and moves rolls 1a, 1b of said heat press apparatus 1 to the end of said insulation layer 3 while biasing said rollers in A, B directions as shown by the arrow. In this manner, air gaps between said insulation layers 3 and excessive resin are excluded so that the dielectric resistance is improved. |
