PURPOSE:To make the pelletizing process unnecessary by a method wherein virgin resin is fed to an extruder, the plasticizing temperature condition of which is set low, and ground flashes are fed to an extruder, which is connected at the middle of said extruder and the plasticizing temperature condition of which is set high. CONSTITUTION:Thermoplastic resin, the plasticizing temperature of which is low, is in un-plasticized state during the course ranging from the hopper 2 of an extruder 1 with good kneading property to a connecting block 3 and joins resin flashes, which are plasticized by an extruder 6 with good dispersion property, at the connecting block 3, resulting in raising the temperature of the un-plasticized thermoplastic resin and lowering the temperature of the plasticized thermoplastic resin. After joining the extruder 1 with good kneading property at the connecting block 1, the thermoplastic resin flashes, which are pulverized and uniformly dispersed by the extruder 6 with good dispersion property and has high plasticizing temperature, is kept in un-plasticized and pulverized state. Resins, which join each other at the connecting block 3, are sent to a plasticizing and highly kneading device 4 under the state being kept in low plasticizing temperature condition in order to be extruded from a blow molding head 5 into a parison 8. |
