PURPOSE:To judge an accident occurring point by judging the occurrence of a proximity end accident if it becomes a nondetecting state after a predetermined period of time is elapsed from when an accident occurring direction detecting element becomes a detecting state in a state that the element remains detecting of the accident. CONSTITUTION:A phenomenon of a nondetecting state after a predetermined period of time from when an accident occurring direction detecting element 11 once becomes a detecting state in a state that an accident detecting element 12 remains detecting of the accident occurs only in case that a proximity end accident occurs, and this is detected by an inhibitor 17 in judging means 13 to detect and judge the occurrence of the accident. On the other hand, if an accident occurs remotely, the output from the element 11 remains a high level even after a predetermined period of time is elapsed. Accordingly, a proximity end accident occurrence signal S1 of a high level is not output. |
