The system is to supervise various safety devices at home from a visiting place by telephone. The electronic control circuit (2) consists of an input interface (200), a central processor (300), and an output interface (400). The central processor (300) has a security function (301) which judges whether output signals of a fire sensor (S1), a crime prevention sensor (S2), and a gas leakage sensor (S3) are normal through the interface (200) by the input from the output interface (400), an apparatus operation monitoring function (302) which turns on and off the various apparatus by the input from the output interface (400).
