AMORPHOUS METALLIC FIBER FOR MAGNETIC FILTER

摘要

PURPOSE:To inhibit the title amorphous metallic fiber from being fractured by delayed breakdown by curving the shape of amorphous metallic fiber manufactured by a single rolling method into a corrugated form and regulating the pitch of the curved part to a range of specified length along fiber. CONSTITUTION:In amorphous metallic fiber A manufactured by a single rolling method, the shape of this metallic fiber is curved into a corrugated form and a pitch (l) measured along fiber length of the curved part is regulated to 3-50mm on the average. In other words, this amorphous fiber A filled to a magnetic filter device at high density is inhibited from being fractured by delayed breakdown and simultaneously from deviation of fiber due to magnetic force can be prevented at a time of filling it.
