PURPOSE:To cut the necessary part simply with good dimensional accuracy after manufacturing a heat insulating panel by piercing a hole at the necessary intervals on the part of the metal made surface plate corresponding to a cutting scheduled part and closing the hole by lining a raw material flowing out preventing tape prior to the pouring and foaming of a heat insulating material. CONSTITUTION:The hole 14 for cutting composed of a slit is pierced at the necessary intervals on the part of the surface plate 11 corresponding to the cutting scheduled part of the heat insulating panel 10 equipped with the metal made surface plate 11 arranged at the front and back both sides and the heat insulating material 12 of a foaming polyurethane, etc., formed at the inside thereof. Prior to the pouring, foaming and forming of the heat insulating material 12 the tape 15 for preventing the flow-out of the raw material of the heat insulating material closing the hole 14 for cutting is fixed on the inner face of the surface plate 11, a projecting frame material 21 and recessed frame material 22 are arranged, the heat insulating material 12 is formed by its pouring and foaming inside a hollow part and the heat insulating panel 10 is manufactured. Two heat insulating panels 3, 4 of dissimilar widths can be manufactured by cutting the heat insulating panel 10 along the hole 14 of the surface plate 11 by a jigsaw or circular saw. |
