PURPOSE:To efficiently perform defoaming and deaeration of liquid by providing a defoaming and deaerating mechanism made of a gas-permeable and liquid- impermeable film or tube connected with a decompressing mechanism in the inside of a closed tank. CONSTITUTION:A defoaming deaerator is formed by providing an introduction port 11 and a discharge port 12 of liquid to a closed tank 1 and providing a discharge port 6 and a discharge part 5 of gas. The discharge part 5 is connected with a vacuum mechanism in one hand and connected with a tube 2 wherein only gas is allowed to permeate therethrough in the tank 1. The tube 2 is wound on a supporting member 4 and immersed in liquid. Further such a constitution may also be utilized that a film material wherein only gas is allowed to permeate through the surface is coated around the supporting member 4 instead of the tube 2. Therefore the gas existing in liquid can be properly removed by holding the film or the inside of the tube at reduced pressure. |
