The simple sound reproducing device comprises a record disc carrying a plurality of record grooves, a stylus receiving recess at a portion into which the end point of sound reproduction passes, a sound transmitting member disposed on the bottom of a speaker diaphragm, a pickup interposed between a sound reproducing member and the record disk, a record disc switch is arranged to be closed when the record disc retracted, a plurality of external output shafts arranged to be coupled to a center pin for rotation through a coupling mechanism. The apparatus performs various motions each corresponding to the sounds on the selected record item.
