A space-saving withdrawable insert which can be accommodated in a partitioned area (13) in the upper part of any normally equipped high-voltage switch panel is proposed for voltage measurement on the busbar (6). Both the voltage converter (3) and the high-voltage, high rupture capacity fuse (1) are accommodated on the transportation frame (5) of said withdrawable insert. The fuse (1) is arranged in an advantageous manner in an insulating tube (16), such that it acts as a disconnecting contact with a sprung pressure contact (18). The withdrawable insert can be moved not only between the isolating position and the operating position but, when the door (39) is open, can, according to the invention, also be moved into a maintenance position, which is made possible by means of rails (14b) which can be folded out. Maintenance and repair tasks can be carried out without any effort in a short time in this position. <IMAGE>
