PURPOSE:To make the ring body of a cutting edge hard to be deformed in the face direction, keep the shape of the side end of the inner periphery of the ring body circular, and improve the cutting precision by using a clad steel stuck with two metal plates so that their rolling directions cross together for the ring body. CONSTITUTION:A clad steel stuck with two metal plates (stainless plates) 14a and 14b so that their rolling directions cross together is used for the ring body 12 of a cutting edge 10 formed with an abrasive grain layer 16 on the side end of the inner periphery of the plate-shaped ring body 12. The deformation of the ring body 12 in the face direction is reduced, the shape of the side end of the inner periphery is kept circular. As a result, a silicone wafer with the preset thickness can be precisely cut out from the silicone crystal. |
