PURPOSE:To obtain a composition, containing a crystalline polypropylene resin, ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer, aromatic hydrocarbon resin, talc and glass fiber, having excellent vibration-damping performance within a wide temperature range and excellent in mechanical strength and heat resistance. CONSTITUTION:A reinforced resin composition consisting of 50-80wt.% resin component prepared by mixing (A) 65-95 pts.wt. crystalline polypropylene resin having 5-50 melt flow index with (B) 5-35 pts.wt. mixture, consisting of (B1) an ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer (preferably ethylene-propylene copolymer) and (B2) an aromatic hydrocarbon resin expressed by the formula (R and R1 are H or CH3; n is polymerization degree) partially compatible with at least the component (B1) at 1:4-4:1 weight ratio of the component (B1) :(B2), (C) 15-45wt.% talc having 1-20mum average particle diameter and (D) 1-20wt.% glass fiber. The total amount of the components (C) and (D) is <=50wt.%. |
