PURPOSE:To prevent a ghost-flare generated on the surface of a solid-state image sensing pellet by reflected light, and to improve the quality of a solid- state image sensing device by forming an antireflection film onto the surface of a filter when the pellet is fixed into a vessel composed of ceramics, etc., and the upper section of the pellet is covered with the filter. CONSTITUTION:A solid-state image sensing element pellet 2 is fastened onto a ceramic vessel 1, electrodes 1a and 2a formed to each of the vessel 1 and the pellet 2 are connected by metallic small-gage wires 3, and a filter, on the pellet 2 side of which a dyed film 2a is shaped and on the reverse side of which an antireflection film 8 is formed and which consists of a transparent glass plate 4b, is fixed onto the pellet 2 by using transparent adhesive 7 made up of an ultraviolet curing type resin having the same refractive index as the glass plate 4b. In the constitution, MgF2, etc., are employed as the film 8, a transparent resin film 9 composed of polymethyl methaacrylate, etc., is used as the film 4a, and a dyed layer 10 corresponding to the functional section of the pellet 2 is incorporated into the film 9. Refractive indices of both the glass plate 4b and the film 9 are 1.5. |
