PURPOSE:To obtain a film having an internal multilayered structure without using any lamination apparatus and any adhesive resin, by extruding separately a thermoplastic resin for a base material and an ancillary thermoplastic resin in a molten state and forming a film thereof through a static mixer. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin for a base material A (e.g., polyethylene) and pref. 1-40vol.% ancillary thermoplastic resin B having, e.g., gas barrier property (e.g., polymetaxyleneadipamide) based on the total amt. of the resin are extruded separately through extruders 10 and 11 in a molten state and joined together. Then, both resins are mixed through a static mixer 12 having the number of elements of 5-10 and an inner diameter of 10-50mm and a film 17 is formed through an annular die or a T die 13 to obtain a film having, e.g., gas barrier property and constituted of said two resins A and B, wherein the ancillary thermoplastic resin B is located in the thermoplastic resin for the base material A in such a way that a plurality of layered substances having a width h of 10-10,000mum are therein dispersed. |
