PURPOSE:To increase the capacity of a battery and to decrease the dispersion of the capacity by installing a guide having a funnellike slant which is inclined to the bottom of an anode container and through which molten sodium is supplied into a solid electrolyte tube. CONSTITUTION:A guide 8 having a funnel-like slant which is inclined to the bottom of an anode container 4 and through which molten sodium in the anode container 4 is smoothly, quickly supplied into a solid electrolyte tube 5 is installed. In charging, since molten sodium in the anode container 4 is guided by the funnel-like slant 8a of the guide 8 and smoothly supplied into the solid electrolyte tube 5, no molten sodium at the bottom of the anode container 4 is remained and its utilization is increased. The capacity of a battery is increased and the dispersion of the capacity is decreased because sodium flows smoothly. |
