<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the stable filter which is not changed in spectral characteristics by laminating plural layers of barrier layers formed with polyimide resin layers as lower layers and silica layers formed by coating and baking a coating material of a silica system as upper layers on colored layers for color sepn. CONSTITUTION:An under coat layer 2 consisting of an acrylic resin is provided on a transparent substrate 1 and the colored layer 3 of a 1st color is formed thereon. After one layer of an intermediate layer 4 consisting of a transparent resin is formed thereon, the colored layer 3' of the 2nd color, an intermediate layer 4', the colored layer 3'' of the 3rd color, and a coat layer 5 consisting of a transparent resin are provided thereon. The silica layer 6 formed by coating and baking the coating material of the silica system is formed thereon. Further, another layer of the barrier layer consisting of the coat layer 5' and the silica layer 6' is provided thereon to insure the perfect protection of the colored layers. An over coat layer 7 is provided at need thereon. The very slight color change in the adhesive layer by the moisture and monomers during the adhesion is prevented by the presence of the barrier layers.</p> |
