PURPOSE:To assemble a slide with high accuracy and good efficiency by placing a flexible plane member having layers consisting of thermal adhesive agents between flat plate members consisting of a thermoplastic resin and laminating these members, then adhering the same. CONSTITUTION:Double-face adhesive tapes 2, 3 are superposed with release paper on the outer side onto both faces of a hoop material 1 consisting of the thermoplastic resin (polystyrene, etc.) and after the hoop material 1 and the tapes 2, 3 are adhered by using an ultrasonic horn 4, square apertures of a prescribed size are continuously opened thereto by a punch. The release paper of the tape 3 is then stripped and the hoop material 7 is superposed on the above-mentioned hoop material. The hoop materials 1, 7 are adhered by an ultrasonic horn 8 and the circular holes of a prescribed size are continuously provided to the prescribed positions thereof by a punch 9. The circular holes of the prescribed size are similarly provided continuously to the hoop material 13 by a punch 12 and the release paper of the tape 2 is stripped, then three sheets of the tape materials 13, 1, 7 are adhered thereon over the entire surface by an ultrasonic horn 14. Further, chemical analysis film chips 10 are fixed to the hoop materials 13 and 7 and thereafter, the materials are cut by a cutter 15, by which the slides 16 are obtd. |
