<p>A transition condition detector which is placed in a stage succeeding a detector circuit in a spectrum analyzer and which displays the waveforms of input signals together with parameters to evaluate the characteristics. To achieve quantitative measurement in real time, the detector comprises differentiation means (1) which differentiates an input signal and produces a differentiated signal that indicates the transition condition of the input signal, and detector means (2) which detects a peak value of the differentiated signal produced from said differentiation means and produces a parameter that corresponds to the transition condition of said input signal.</p> |
