Process for the preparation of an antilymphocyte serum, in which vertebrate animals are immunised using an immunogen consisting of human lymphoid cells and the serum antibodies of the immunised animals are collected after sufficient time has elapsed, characterised in that a human T lymphoblast clone sensitised against allogeneic cells is prepared, and in that cells of this clone are used as an immunogen, and antilymphocyte serum obtained by this process.
