CONSTITUTION:The title device is equipped with a phase setting means to set the phase of the reference phase signal of a reference phase signal generating means 9 to the phase of the rotational phase signal of a cylinder motor 3, etc. Further, when the speed control output of the cylinder motor 3 at the time of the slow action is corrected, the action of a digital filter 12 is stopped even when a phase control means 10 outputs an error output to the digital filter 12, and the preceding filtering output is held.
