发明名称 RADIATION DETECTOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To constitute a multi-element detector so that a desired reflection factor of each element can be obtained uniformly without a variance by applying external pressure by using a theory of vacuum packaging, pressing a light reflecting film against the surface of a scintillator element and allowing it adhere closely. CONSTITUTION:On a wiring board 21, a photoelectric converting element 22 having plural pieces of photoelectric surfaces 22A is placed, and on its photoelectric surface 22A, a scintillator element 23 is placed. For the purpose of separation from the adjacent element 23, a light reflection factor of the side face is raised by providing a separating metallic plate 24 for shielding a light beam and X rays. As for the separating metallic plate 24, a thin plate of molybdenum is used. Also, by using an airtight bag and utilizing a vacuum, a light reflecting film 25 is allowed to adhere closely to the X-ray incident surface of the scintillator element 23 by external pressure. In such a way, on the X-ray incident surface of the scintillator element 23, the light reflecting film 25 is provided without using a substance such as an adhesive, etc.
