PURPOSE:To obtain the material for medical treatments having an excellent anti-thrombosis property by forming the material by bonding of the functional group of a high-molecular compd. and the epoxy group of a polymer and allowing the unreacted epoxy group to remain therein. CONSTITUTION:The high-molecular compd. A contains the functional group which can be bonded to the epoxy group; for example, one or >=two kinds among a hydroxyl group, amino group, carboxyl group, etc. The polymer B is preferably a linear polymer essentially consisting of either of vinyl compds. of methacrylic acid and acrylic acid systems. The preferable number of the epoxy group is >=3 pieces per 1 chain length. The high-molecular material is produced by a method of immersing the high-molecular compd. A which is previously immersed in a sodium hydroxide soln. into an acetone soln. of the polymer B at room temp. The material for medical treatments in which the unreacted amino group in the high-molecular material and the unreacted epoxy group in a heparin deriv. are bonded is obtd. if this high-molecular material is immersed into an aq. heparin deriv. soln. |
