The neck of the shirt has the bottom of the collar stitched to it and a strip of hooked pile fastener is sewn round its inner surface. A corresponding strip of hooked pile fastener (2) is sewn to the outer surface (1) of the collar. Strips of hooked pile fasteners are sewn to the outer surface at the bottom of each sleeve. Corresponding strips of hooked pile fastener are (4) sewn to the inner surfaces of the cuffs. The collars and cuffs can be any shape and made of any type of fabric.
