Sauce strainer comprising a body to which a cloth is connected, characterised in that the body 1 is in the shape of a frustoconical funnel 3 which is connected to a cylindrical base 4 comprising an internal ring 5, whilst the cloth 2, which is removable in relation to said body 1, consists of a fine-meshed fabric sheet 9 shaped into a cone, the upper edge of which is crimped in a reinforcing collar, the whole unit being embedded in a connection component 11 made of deformable plastic of food-grade quality, and in that the said connection component 11 has the general shape of a right-angled triangle whose hypotenuse 12 has a slope identical to that of the funnel 3 and whose long side 13 interacts with the cylindrical base 4 and comprises a groove 17 interacting with the ring 5. <IMAGE> |
