Magnetic yeast separation closure and method for producing sparkling wine

A magnetic yeast separation closure having an assigned mobile and floating closure body part. The closure body part bears an iron structure or one or more magnets. By means of an external conducting magnet, the closure body is moved, when required, into the hollow body chamber of the magnetic yeast separation closure and, there, becomes locked by means of magnetic force or a latch, screw or the like and, by this operation, separates the hollow body chamber into a further hollow body in which the fermentation or yeast residues are trapped when separated from the actual sparkling wine.
