PURPOSE:To remarkably reduce man-hour required for fabrication by providing plural partition plates in parallel with the axis of a main shell, and allowing a heating medium to flow vertically in a jacket. CONSTITUTION:The periphery of the main shell 1 is covered with the jacket 2. Plural partition plates 3 are provided on the inner periphery of the jacket 2 in parallel with the axis of the main shell 1, and the heating medium is allowed to flow in the vertical direction of the main shell 1 and circulated on the periphery of the main shell 1. The circulating liq. is introduced from a circulating liq. inlet nozzle 4, circulated in the jacket 2 in the direction as shown by the arrows, and discharged from a circulating liq. outlet nozzle 5. Since a flat partition plate can be used in such a jacketed reactor instead of the conventional annular partition plate, the fabrication is facilitated, and the cost is also reduced. |
