1. Apparatus for the fixing of an opened window shutter or door shutter (1), the apparatus comprising a pivotal latch (3) which is journalled on a wall side mounting surface and pivotable into an abutment limited latching position projecting from this mounting surface, with the pivot acis of the pivotal latch extending perpendicular to the axis of rotation (10) of the shutter (1), and also comprising a holding piece (4) secured to the shutter (1), with the holding piece (4) secured to the shutter (1), with the holding piece or the pivotal latch having a latch recess (19) for the other respective part and with the holding piece forming a ramp body which pushes the pivotal latch away during pivoting of the shutter in order to enable automatic latching of the two parts (3, 4), characterized in that the pivotal latch (3) which is journalled on the frame (2) of the window or door can be pivoted downwardly from an upwardly pivoted unlatched position into the latching position and is liftable by the holding piece (4) on opening of the shutter (1). |
