PURPOSE:To prevent oxidization of the surface of a nickel electrode, and to contrive improvement in solder dipping property and exfoliation strength by a method wherein, after a nickel electrode has been formed, a heat treatment is conducted in a oil and fat solution. CONSTITUTION:A nickel electrode is formed on the surface of an element to be used for the buzzer of a disc-like piezoelectric body in an Ni-P plating bath by conducting electroless plating. Then, a heat treatment is conducted in the solution of fats and oils of one or two or more kinds selected from an oleic acid solution, a stearic acid, a wax solution, a vaseline solution, a paraffine solution, a lanoline solution and the like. As a result, the oxidation of a nickel electrode can be prevented, and the workability in soldering, when a lead wire is provided on the above-mentioned electrode by solder dipping, and the exfoliation strength of a lead wire can be improved. |
