PURPOSE:To make the stereo image information easy to understand for an operator by diving a display screen and concurrently displaying the stereo left image and the stereo right image. CONSTITUTION:An image scanner 7 scanning an image and converting it into a digital signal and outputting it, a personal computer 8 performing the image processing, a mouth 9 as a pointing device to input the position quantity, and an image memory 10 storing the digital image data for display are provided. In this case, a display screen is divided and both the right and left images are concurrently displayed on it while feature points on the right and left images are sorted, one display screen is divided and the right and left images are concurrently displayed on it, feature points on the left image are superimposed on the left image displayed concurrently, feature points on the right image are superimposed on the right image displayed concurrently. The instruction of measurement points, evaluation of the detection state of feature points, and the evaluation of the propriety of sorting can be performed while the stereo display image is observed via stereo spectacles for stereo observation, the reliability and precision to detect the height information is improved. |
