PURPOSE:To accurately set the biting quantity of a scraper to a fur brush by providing a left aide plate and a right side plate where a shaft supporting part for supporting the shaft of a fur brush and an engaging groove are provided and an energizing member for butting a scraper, whose both ends are engaged in the engaging groove, to the engaging groove. CONSTITUTION:Cleaning is performed by making the toner of an image forming member 1 contact with the rotating fur brush 60. The toner on the fur brush 60 is scraped with a scraper 61 and the scraped toner is discharged by a toner discharging mechanism 62. The fur brush shaft supporting parts 65a and 66a and the engaging grooves 65b and 66b are formed on the same side plates 65 and 66, and the accuracy in the positions can be kept. By engaging the scraper 61 in the engaging grooves 65b and 66b abutting it with the energizing member 67, the positional relation of the fur brush 60 and the scraper 61 can be accurately set. Thus, the biting quantity of the scraper 61 to the fur brush 60 can be made accurate and failure caused by too much or too little biting quantity can be prevented, then the stale removal of toner can be performed. |
