PURPOSE:To provide a magnet, whose magnetic characteristics are high by a method wherein electric magnets for generation of a magnetic field are fitted to the top and bottom of a mold fitted to a horizontal injection molding machine, the magnetic field is generated in a diametral direction of a cylindrical magnet and a degree of orientation is made high. CONSTITUTION:A pole piece 2 and closed circuit are constituted by arranging the pole pieces 2 of electromagnet 1 and ferromagnetic material A respectively on both sides of a molding die 3 in a diametral direction of a cylindrical cavity 4 and close by the cylindrical cavity 4 of the molding die 3. Therefore, magnetic flux generated by the electromagnet 1 flows in the direction of an arrow in an illustration, a plastic magnet filling the cavity 4 is oriented in a diametral direction and strong anisotropy can be given to the pole piece and closed magnetic circuit. The right and left sides of a split surface 5 of the die 3 are a stationary and movable molds 7, 8 respectively. The plastic magnet is cast through the right side for filling, after molding through casting into the cavity the movable mold is moved to the left and the plastic magnet molded through the filling into the cavity is extruded and taken out. |
